Dr. Norbert Moos is a curator, a publisher and the director of the Forum für Fotografie in Cologne. An established authority on the international scene, the Forum hosts the German Photobook Award on a regular basis. He deals intensively with Asian art and non-European photography. One of his principal concerns is theory of the aesthetic of reception.
